Terms of Service

The Terms of Our Craft.

Last Updated · June 26, 2026

The agreement that governs reservations, deliveries, and your use of The Barrel Drip — clear terms for a considered collection.

01

Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Barrel Drip website and our reservation and fulfilment services (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

02

Eligibility & Legal Drinking Age

You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction — at least 21 years old in the United States — to use the Service, reserve a release, or receive a delivery. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that any alcohol you purchase is for personal use and not for resale.

Alcohol will be released only to a person of legal drinking age who presents valid government-issued identification and signs for the delivery. We may refuse or cancel any order where age or identity cannot be verified.

03

The Collection & Reservations

The Barrel Drip curates rare bourbons, limited releases, and exceptional wines, many of which are available in very small quantities. Submitting a reservation request or enquiry is an invitation for us to confirm availability — it is not a completed sale.

A reservation becomes binding only once we confirm it in writing. Because allocations are limited, we cannot guarantee that a requested bottle will be available, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or decline requests at our discretion.

04

Orders, Pricing & Payment

Prices, availability, and product details are subject to change and may contain occasional errors. Where a material error appears in a price or description, we may correct it and, if your order is affected, give you the choice to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Applicable taxes and any shipping or handling fees are calculated and disclosed before a confirmed reservation is finalised. Payment, where applicable, is processed by our secure payment partners.

05

Shipping, Pickup & Delivery

We fulfil confirmed reservations through licensed partners and common carriers in accordance with the laws of the destination. Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit alcohol shipments; we may be unable to deliver to certain areas.

  • An adult of legal drinking age must be present with valid ID to accept and sign for every delivery.
  • Deliveries cannot be left unattended, and we are not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect address you provide or repeated failed delivery attempts.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address or pickup location you designate.
06

Returns & Cancellations

Because of the regulated and often allocated nature of our products, confirmed reservations generally cannot be cancelled or returned except where required by law. If a product arrives damaged or is not what you reserved, contact our team promptly and we will make it right in line with applicable law.

07

Responsible Enjoyment

We believe great spirits are meant to be savoured responsibly. You agree not to misuse the Service, purchase on behalf of anyone underage, or resell or distribute products in violation of any law. Please always drink responsibly.

08

Intellectual Property

The Barrel Drip name, logo, site design, photography, and written content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission, except as needed for ordinary, personal use of the Service.

09

Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Provide false information, including misrepresenting your age or identity.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate the unlawful sale of alcohol.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
  • Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to collect data from the Service without our permission.
10

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, tasting notes, or other content are complete, current, or error-free.

11

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Barrel Drip and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

12

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Barrel Drip and its team from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms or any applicable law.

13

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Service will be resolved in the courts located in [State], unless applicable law requires otherwise. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.

14

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
